Happy New Year

Happy New Year Everyone!!!!
Kara and I had a great Christmas down in Lakewood Ranch Florida.(in between Tampa and Sarasota) We went to visit my side of the family, which was Kara's first Christmas away from her family. We had a nice time in my brothers big house(7200 square feet). It rained alot which was too bad .. I got to see my oldest sister and niece,and 2 nephews as well as my mom. It took us a while to get down there. Yep we had booked tix with USAir. We had 2 flights cancelled , spent about 10 hours in the Columbus airport. Thank God for SouthWest, we rebooked with them..they got us to Tampa quickly around 630pm..Thanks to God those flights were not full..We arrived in Tampa though with out any luggage(yep USAir lost them) My brother was stopped an bought Kara some pjs and we washed our clothes each day we were there(about 2 1/2 days). We were not able to give many gifts as well as they were in our lost bags. But it was a good trip and we were able to get a direct flight back to Columbus. So it was a crazy but fun christmas..we ended up getting our bags delivered home on thursday(dec30). But it is insignificant compared to the folks in the tsunami,earthquake. May God bless them and us all this new year.
